Lovely stay in Hurghada! 🌊

The beach was a total paradise, so lekker for sunbathing. The staff were super friendly, especially the chommies at the snack bar. Had a stunning dinner at the Turkish restaurant—proper vibes!

The gym was huge and well-equipped.

I was disappointed with the check-in process, as I arrived at noon but had to wait 4 to 5 hours for my room. The food quality was inconsistent. some meals were good, while others were disappointing. the social environment among guests fell below my expectations. I did not feel at ease during my stay.

The hotel's spacious design and beautiful gardens made it easy for me to stroll around, and the clean walkways were perfect for my daily jaunts. I loved the inviting ambiance, especially the charming décor at the restaurants.

great stay but slow check-in process

The Dune Superior Room offered a beautiful garden view that greatly enhanced our morning coffee experience. The attentive service from the staff, especially in the a la carte dining options, truly stood out, making every meal enjoyable. the beach area was well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere for families.

The check-in process felt lengthy, taking longer than expected upon arrival.

Staying at Xanadu was a real treat. The ambience upon arrival set a positive tone, as I was greeted with warmth from the reception team. I scored a free room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The room itself was tidy, with a fantastic view of the pool. The beach and pool areas were wonderfully clean and had plenty of snack bars. I had to rave about the exceptional dining options. the variety and quality blew me away. The best restaurant I've dined in over years offered delicious selections, especially the seafood, which was freshly prepared and bursting with flavor. The aqua park gave my kids endless joy. That said, I did wish the animation team was more visible. I didn't see them around much. I struggled a bit with the slow check-in process initially, which felt a tad long, even if everything else went smoothly thereafter.

Ideal for families wanting fun

The day I arrived, the staff greeted me like I was royalty, really, they knew how to welcome. The kids had an absolute blast in the aqua park, couldn't get them out, it was like they were glued to the slides.

It wasn’t budget-friendly,, but the quality made it bearable.

Absolutely loved the delicious variety of food, especially the freshly prepared seafood at the a la carte restaurant! The room was clean, but the wait for check-in felt too long. 😅

the xanadu has all the necessary facilities, with an amazing beach and clear water. the a la carte seafood restaurant by the beach serves freshly prepared dishes. the staff is incredibly friendly, especially miss doaa, who always serves with a smile.

Amazing food and great beach vibes!

Just back from 8 nights here with the fam, and it was epic! The beach was super chill, and the staff were so nice, especially the folks at the poolside snack bar. We loved how clean everything was, but the WiFi could be spotty at times. Definitely a fab place for families wanting a fun getaway!

One of my best stays ever! The staff are super nice and cooperative, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The food is delicious with a great variety, and the hotel is exceptionally clean in its rooms, beach, and bathrooms. The activities and parties provided plenty of enjoyment!
